hahahahaha, that is exactly one of the list of important questions i created for the team interviews of my last project.

"how do you react to critics from others" or "how do you approach problems (technical, concepts, ...) if you see them?"

because tools can be learned during the project (in a reasonable amount of time), but "bad social behaviour" can ruin a team/cooperation from day one on.
